My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The cheerful welcome after midnight was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast lady truly stood out with her accommodating and sweet demeanor, making the morning brighter.
Yet, the unsettling smell of cigarettes lingered heavily, and loud airport traffic robbed me of a restful sleep, leaving much to be desired in comfort.

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
This place has its pros and cons. The gated parking provided a sense of security, and the friendly staff were genuinely helpful. Yet, the room felt a bit dingy, and I noticed some odd odors around. It’s a decent spot for a quick stay but not ideal for a getaway.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff Made the Stay Enjoyable
The proximity to Graceland was fantastic for our family trip. While the hotel could use some upgrades, the staff went out of their way to assist us. If you're considering swimming, check the pool area first for peace of mind.

The room was pretty decent but had some quirks. The beds were comfortable and the space was okay. But the shower pressure was kinda weak and there was a smell that occasionally creeped in. A bit noisy since it faced the road and had some air traffic. Overall, it was a mixed bag but not terrible.

I spent two nights at the Quality Inn in Memphis and had mixed feelings. The location is fantastic, just a few miles from the airport, making it really easy for my travels. The staff stood out as friendly and helpful, always available to assist with questions or issues. I appreciated having a gated parking area for security, which gave me peace of mind. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found stains on the bedding and the carpets were definitely not clean. The breakfast options were decent, but I wish there had been more variety, especially gluten-free items. The noise from outside was disturbing at times, particularly from the traffic and nearby airport. I also noticed a bit of an odor that wasn't pleasant. My room didn’t have a great smell either, which was disappointing. All in all, while I liked some aspects of this hotel, the cleanliness and some noises detracted from my stay.

The location was great for visiting Graceland, which we loved since it's a must-see. Our room was spacious and the bed was soft, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and genuinely tried to help with our concerns. However, we did notice a strong smell of smoke in our non-smoking room, which was disappointing. The breakfast options were limited but decent during our stay.
